Dead Serious

This startling and heavy story about the early church in Acts 5 rocks us all to our bones. God is dead serious that those who are called by His name within His body tell the truth. If the world cannot look at the church and trust it to tell the truth, who can they look at? Who can be trust? If we cannot be faithful with the (small) truth, how can we be faithful with the (BIG) Truth?

Truth has been under fire since the beginning of time when we believed the first lie. And the truth of the matter is, without truth, we are nothing. And God is dead serious about that.
