Lesson 4 Genesis 4

We often hear of the “curse of Cain”, referring to the mark that God put on him in Genesis 4:15. This is far from a curse, but actually a sign of God’s grace. God provided protection for Cain, keeping him safe until the day he repented of his sin. Rather than strike him down for the crime he had committed, God gave him time to rehabilitate and come to a right relationship with God.
