Sarah's Faithfulness
Sarah lived a long life and experienced much. Her husband dragged her from her home and they became wanderers. She endured the shame of not being able to bear children for most of her life. But just as Abraham learned faithfulness through his life experiences, so did Sarah. When God finally blessed her with a son, she exclaimed, "God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me," (Genesis 21:6). She had learned to understand God's faithfulness and laughed with joy for the blessings He brought upon her.
